HIGH PRODUCTION CAPACITY

The company boasts a state-of-the-art production facility capable of handling large volumes while maintaining high-quality standards. Equipped with 23 dedicated lines for stamping and cold forming, assembly, and finishing, it is operated by qualified personnel in compliance with safety standards.

The production process can start with two types of inputs: increasing the production of existing components or receiving a new design from the customer, which the technical office develops for production.

The creation of molds, essential for component production, takes place in the tooling department, which also handles their maintenance. The process then moves to stamping and stamping-bending. After this, the semi-finished product is sent to external laboratories for heat treatments. Upon return to the company, assembly and quality checks are carried out, concluding with packaging and delivery of the finished products.

MACHINES FOR THE AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY OF CAGE NUTS

Eurofix's families of cage nuts and floating nuts utilize advanced production lines, with a total of 8 machines dedicated to the automatic assembly of parts. These machines have high production capacities, especially for cage nuts in various versions: iron-iron, stainless steel-iron, and stainless steel-stainless steel.
